摘要
从地震前兆的不确定性和群体性等特点出发,本文采用模糊数学方法,建立识别前兆异常的从属函数,来处理所观测到的多种物理的和化学的前兆资料。在确定强震前兆异常可靠的基础上,利用模糊数学方法进一步对地震发生的时间、地点和震级进行预报。并以1976年唐山7.8级地震为例进行了验证。
According to the features of uncertainty and colong of seismic precursors, this paper has constructed the subordinate function for recognizing precursory anomalies using the fuzzy mathematics to process many kinds of physical and chemical precusory data observed. On the basis of the reliable determination of the precusory anomaly of strong earthquakes, the method of fuzzy mathematics is further used to predict time, place and magnitude for the occurrence of earthquake. And this method has been verified by taking the 1976 Tangshan earthquake of Ms 7.8 as an example.
