DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）内固定治疗闭合性股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法和疗效。方法采用切开复位DHS内固定治疗122例闭合性股骨粗隆间骨折。结果121例获随访6～12个月，l例高龄患者术后1个月死亡；2例出现主钉切割，3例在骨折愈合后出现退钉；5例髋内翻、肢体短缩，但均在2cm以内。结论采用DHS内固定可治疗股骨粗隆问骨折术中把应握好前倾角和颈干角度，侧板长度选择准确，复位主要骨折块，术后做好早功能锻炼。
