摘要
以回顾性分析方式 ,探讨医院内 7年来护士长公开竞聘工作的积极意义和存在问题 ,并提出改进意见。分析表明 :推行护士长公开竞聘 ,对破除传统的任命制、终身制、不拘一格选择护理管理人才、提高护士长群体素质、增强全体护士的参与意识、激发学习管理知识的自觉性和全面有效地提高护理质量、更新护理模式 ,都有着积极作用。但也存在着考核未量化 ,上岗无正规培训 ,年龄限制偏严等不足之处。建议建立护士长后备人选培训制度 ,细化量化护士长的业绩考核 ,适当放宽年龄界限 ,以进一步完善竞聘制度。
With analysis style of thinking-back,discussing on benefit or harm of in-hospital 7-years head nurse public vote,and putting out syggestions shows that pursuit of head nurse public vote system is beneficial to breakout traditional commission system in whole life,not stick to one pattern to select for staff of nursing management,to raise all head nurse quality,to enhance participation-in of all nurses,to lift conciousness of study in managing knowledge and obvious nursing quality,to anew mode of nursing.But still exist with demerits of estimation without quantization,work in post without training,too strict in age-control,etc.So as to suggest setting up a training system of head nurse's deeds in estimation,and relaxing agelimit from now on,thus further improving the system of public vote.
