胰岛素抵抗对代谢紊乱的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解胰岛素抵抗(IR)与代谢紊乱的关系。方法对77例35~62岁人群的IR与各种代谢紊乱的关系进行调查。以HOMA计算公式:空腹血浆胰岛素(mU/L)x空腹血浆葡萄糖(mmol/L)/22.5计算,其值>2.77,定为IR。结果IR组38例,非IR组39例。两组间FBS无显著差异,而HOMAIR值及FPINS值,高血压、高甘油三酯、高胆固醇、超重、脂肪肝的发生率均有显著差异;二种以上代谢紊乱者,其IR的发生率明显高于没有或仅有一种代谢紊乱者。结论IR普遍存在于各种代谢紊乱的疾病中,是影响代谢紊乱的危险因素。 [ Objective To study the correlation between insulin resistance (IR) and metabolic disorders. Methods 77 cases at the age ranged from 35 to 62 years were randomly divided into IR (n > 2. 27) and non - IR (n < 2. 27) groups so as to calculate the IR by using the formula HOMA: fasting serum insulin mv/L X fasting plasma glucose (mmol/L) /22. 5. Results No statistical difference was found in FBS between the two groups but significant differences were revealed in the values of HOMA IR, cholesterol, triglycerides, fasting serum insulin between the two groups (P < 0. 01 ). IR incidences in the cases with two or more metabolic disorders were signif- icantly higher than those with one or no metabolic disorders. Conclusion Insulin resistance was one of the risk factors bringing about metabolic disorders.
