摘要 综述甲状腺素与心肌离子通道关系 ,包括其对心肌细胞Na+ ,K+ ,Ca2 + 通道的动力学影响。提示 ,甲状腺素急性给药对离子通道的调控是通过作用于细胞核外机制 ,慢性给药是通过作用于细胞核内受体蛋白 ,增加DNA的转录。指出阻断多种离子通道应成为开发抗心律失常药的主要方向 ,简介抗心律失常药的开发近况。 In this article, the relation of thyroid hormone to ion channels in cardiac myocyte was reviewed, including its effects on kinetics (activation, inactivation and recovery) of Na +, K + and Ca 2+ channels, and it was indicated that the acute effects of thyroid hormone on ion channels in the heart were mediated by extranuclear mechanisms and its chronic actions were mediated by binding to specific nuclear receptor proteins and inducing DNA transcription in the nucleus.Recent developments of antiarrhythmic drugs were briefly introduced, with the antiarrhythmic agent blocking multiple ion channels promising.
