摘要
目的 :观察复方血竭合剂对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎 (MsPGN)模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法 :根据文献方法制作MsPGN动物模型 ,观察复方血竭合剂对其肾脏损伤有关指标的作用。结果 :复方血竭合剂可明显降低模型大鼠肾小球肿瘤坏死因子 α (TNF α)的活性。结论 :复方血竭合剂能抑制系膜细胞 (MC)增生 ,减少系膜基质的积聚 ,其作用可能与其抑制肾小球分泌TNF α有关。
To Probe into mechanism of action of compound dragons blood mixture on mesenteric hyper [FQ(11。46,X,DY-W] plastic glomerular nephritis.Methods: Animal model of mesenteric hyperplastic glomerular nephritis were made.Eighteen rats were divided at random into normal group,pathologic group and compound dragons blood mixture group.Results: TNF α activity in glomerular culture fluid of pathologic group was higher than that of compound dragons blood mixture gruop,which was not different from that of normal group.Conclusion:Compound dragons blood mixture decreased accumulation of mesenteric stroma in rats with nephritis and inhibited mesenteric cell from multiplying.Its action could relate to inhibition glomerulus from secreting TNF α.
