摘要
目的 研究扩张术对血管束移位预构带软骨复合组织皮瓣的预构进程及成活面积的影响 .方法 采用雄性日本大耳白免 30只 ,分为扩张组、硅胶膜衬垫组及正常预构组 ,每组 10只 .血管束移位后 ,在肉膜深面分别植入扩张囊及硅胶膜 ,扩张囊组 1wk后开始注水 5 0 m L,2 wk后再补注 5 0 m L.3wk后形成仅以预构血管为蒂的岛状皮瓣 ,观察记录其成活面积 ,并行钼钯 X线造影观察新生血管情况 .结果 3组动物形成的预构皮瓣成活面积经方差分析 ,两两比较 ,相差十分显著 (P<0 .0 1) .微血管造影显示扩张组新生血管多 ,与原皮瓣间吻合枝多且较粗大 .结论 扩张术能缩短预构皮瓣的预构时间 。
AIM To investigate the effects of dilation on the procedure of the prefabrication and survival size of the pre fabricated flap with cartilage composite tissue. METHODS 30 Japanese male white rabbits were divided into dilation, silica gel lined and normal prefabricated groups, each consisting of 10 rabbits. After the transplantation of blood vessel bundles, silica gel films and dilation capsules were implanted into the deeper dartos. For the dilation group, 50 mL water was injected 1 week after the implantation and another 50 mL 2 weeks later. 3 weeks after the implantation, island flaps formed with the prefabricated vessels as the pedicles. The survival sizes were observed and recorded and radiography with molybdenum target tube was performed to observe the neoformative blood vessels. RESULTS Analysis of variance on the survival sizes of prefabricated flaps showed the striking difference of P <0.01 among all the groups. Microangiography showed that in the dilation group, there were more neoformative blood vessels and the anastomotic branches were abundant and thick. CONCLUSION Dilation can shorten the prefabricating time and increase the survival size of the prefabricated flaps.
