摘要
非政府组织是社会管理系统的重要组成部分,对于完善社会管理体制,推动社会管理创新具有重要作用。然而在现实社会中,非政府组织在参与社会管理上遇到一系列困难和问题,严重制约了非政府组织创新功能的发挥。因此,必须从社会管理主体创新的视角,正确引导和加强非政府组织建设,以充分释放非政府组织参与社会管理创新的主体潜能。
Non-governmental organizations were important part of the social management system, which had extremely important function to perfect the social management system and improve social management innovation. However, in the realistic society, non-governmental organizations were facing a series of difficulties and problems which severely restricted the exerting of innovation function of non- governmental organizations. Consequently, it must correctly guide and enhance the construction of non-governmental organizations to set free the potential of non-governmental organizations participating in social management and innovation from the perspective of the subjectivity innovation of social manage-ment.
