摘要
针对当前生产负荷下工艺空气压缩机出口工艺空气有一定量的富裕 (放空 ) ,考虑正常生产时空分停用 5L空气压缩机 ,利用工艺空气压缩机富裕气作为空分 5L空气压缩机后续装置的气源 ,达到节能目的。
In the light of the fact that under the present production load there is a certain amount of surplus process air (to be vented) at the outlet of the process air compressor, it is thought that during normal production the 5L air compressor for air separation is shut down, so the surplus air from the process air compressor can be used as the air source for the downstream unit of the 5L air compressor, to attain the goal of energy saving.
