摘要
地方政府融资平台是由政府为发起主体,利用多种手段融资投入市政建设、公用事业。地方政府融资平台作为经济发展和应对金融危机的重要手段,在刺激我国经济回升中起到了不可或缺的作用。但其在运行中出现许多问题,已形成多种风险隐患,如不重视必将后患无穷。需要通过多种防范措施规避风险,以保障其健康运营,促使其继续为我国经济发展做出贡献。
Local government financing platform is initiated by the government to use various means of financing in municipal constructions and utilities. Local government financing platform is not only an important means of economic development to tackle the financial crisis but also play aft indispensable role in stimulating China＇s economy. Now lots of potential risks in its operation have been formed . A variety of preventive mechanism to avoid risk is needed to insure the health of local government financing platform in order to continue making contribution to our country＇s economic development.
