摘要
界定了高校心理志愿者的涵义,认为高校心理志愿者是一支学生心理健康教育队伍,包括班级心理委员、心理协会成员和楼栋心理委员等。通过分析高校心理志愿者队伍中存在问题,提出通过自荐、竞选和投票等民主方式选拔,建立真正的心理"志愿者"队伍;建立系统的心理志愿者培训机制和建立心理志愿队伍激励机制等手段促进心理志愿者队伍的发展。
