摘要
基于物联网采集监测设施,使用ETC,GPS设备作为车辆出行及各种交通参数调查的工具,建立一套完整的交通流量传感网,通过设计一个交通流量数据采集网关,实时采集交通结点的交通流量信息,构建基于物联网和云计算的现代交通预测与规划平台,利用SaaS模式,开发面向多用户需求的交通预测与规划服务,支持用户定制与多租赁的软件服务方式。
Based on collecting and monitoring facilities of Internet of Things, this paper uses ETC, GPS as investigation tool for vehicle travel and traffic parameters, to build a complete set of traffic flow sensor network, real - time collects traffic flow data through designing a collection gateway. We use SaaS pattern, develop traffic forecasting and planning services which demand for multi -user and construct traffic forecasting and planning platform based on Internet of software services aooroach.
