摘要
高校后勤改革的成效支撑了广东高等教育从精英教育走向大众化教育,广东高校在改革中进行了有益的尝试,积累了大量的经验和做法。随着高校后勤工作的逐渐常态化,后勤集团的管理和服务模式由于存在制度设计的缺陷,渐渐失去活力。借鉴西方高校后勤管理的制度设计,结合第三产业兴起的业务外包运行模式,尝试后勤业务外包,是广东高校后勤社会化改革一个方向。
The reform in logistics socialization has promoted Guangdong higher education to make the transition from elite education to mass education. Guangdong colleges and universities have made useful attempts which pro- vide lots of helpful experience and practice. However the common mode becomes invalid gradually because of the weakness of the system. Using the experience of western countries and the development of outsourcing in tertiary in- dustry for reference, the author suggests that outsourcing of the service of university logistics is the future direction of the reform.
