摘要
以刚玉、α Al2 O3微粉和镁砂为主要原料 ,研究了材料组成对低水泥铝镁质浇注料流动性、可施工时间、烘烤抗爆裂能力、热处理后的线变化率及强度、抗渣性和热震稳定性的影响。对浇注料的组成进行了优化 ,开发了由不同刚玉骨料组成的铝镁浇注料。在大型连铸钢包、大型高炉脱硅倾注沟中试用 ,获得了较好的使用效果。
Using corundum,α Al 2O 3 micropowder and magnesia as main raw materials,Al 2O 3 MgO castables with different corundum aggregates were developed.The influence of related elements on flowability,pot life,explosion resistance, linear change and crushing strength after heat treatment, slag resistance and thermal shock resistance of low cement Al 2O 3 MgO castable was investigated. The castable was applied for large con casting ladle and De Si tilting runner for large blast furnace, good application results were obtained. Wear features of the lining were also analyzed.
