摘要 本研究成功地进行了A1粉在N2中的自蔓延高温合成。讨论了稀释剂添加量、氮气压力、试样孔隙率对合成的影响,发现A1熔化是影响自蔓延高温合成中A1的氨化率的主要原因。 Homogeneous AIN powder has been successfully synthesized throng Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis(SHS) process. The influences of diluent content, nitrogen pressure and porosity of the nitridation of A1 were discussed, all suggested that the melting of A1 was the main facter affecting the nitriding rate.
