摘要
高校政治辅导员是高校开展思想政治教育的主力军,同时更是大学生学习上的引路者、生活上的指路者。要做好高校的政治辅导员,做好大学生的良师益友,必须要有坚定的共产主义信念,必须具备热爱本职工作的热情和吃苦奉献的精神,必须掌握科学文化知识和具备高尚的品德修养、道德情操。高校政治辅导员应通过不断学习和实践,使自己具备较高的综合素质和能力,承担起培养合格社会主义建设者的重任。
Political instructors in college are the main force of ideological and political works and the new force about daily management of students in university. What＇s more, they are also the guiders of college students＇ study and life. In return, students regard the political instructors as their designers on their grown-up. Therefore, we can easily see how far-reaching influence the instructors have made on students. So, in order to be a good political instructor as well as a mentor, one first has to strengthen his faith of the communism and socialism, then he also has to hold the spirit of enduring hardships and being capable of hard work. What＇s more, possessing rich knowledge of science or culture and having a noble characters are also very important.
