摘要
采用人工接种法研究了30个玉米新组合对茎腐病菌的抗病性及其产量损失。结果表明,30个新组合中高抗和抗病的各1个,中抗的3个,其它均为感病和高感。高抗组合接种后30天缓慢发病,抗病组合发病较慢,高感组合发病迅速。中抗以上的组合产量平均损失20.4%,感病和高感组合产量平均损失28.6%。表明茎腐病对玉米产量性状有一定程度的影响,其中未接种和接种玉米的穗长、行粒数、穗重、穗粒重之间呈显著差异。
It has been analyzed in 30 corn new combinations by making use of artificial inoculation(Pythium) to identify the resistance of corn stalk rot and yield loss. The results showed that the combinations of highly resist-ance (HR) and resistance(R) is respectively 1 and of moderately resistant(MR) are 3, the others are suscepti-ble(S) and highly susceptible(HS). Difference is that the symptom of the combinations of highly resistance (HR) is infected after 30 days and of resistance(R) is slow and highly susceptible(HS) is rapid. Among these combinations, yield loss of moderately resistant ( MR ), resistance ( R ) and highly resistance (HR) is 20.4%, yield loss of susceptible(S) and highly susceptible(HS) is 28.6%. Significant difference is conspicuous in ear length, kernels per row, ear weight, grain weight per ear between the vaccinated hybrids and the unvaccinated hybrids.
