摘要
对麦草碱木质素和木材硫酸盐木质素的氧化氨解反应进行研究。对反应产物pH值的变化及氮化物的组成分析结果表明 ,改性木质素的总氮含量分别可达 1 0 .7%和 1 3.43% ,总氮中有近一半是无机氮。在 1MPa氧压和 1 40℃条件下麦草和木材碱木质素的最佳反应时间分别为 30min和 45min。
Oxidative ammonolysis reaction of wheat soda lignin and wood kraft lignin was studied.Analysis of pH change and nitrogen compounds in reaction products show that the nitrogen content of modified lignin was up to 10.70% and 13.43%,respectively, half of which was inorganic nitrogen.The optimum reaction time for wheat and wood alkali lignin at 1 MPa and 140℃ was 30 and 45 min,respectively.
