摘要
本文从经济增长占地概念介入,应用每亿元GDP占地指数指标体系,对1996~2008年中国及其东、中、西部地区每亿元GDP占地变化差异进行系统分析,并加以国际间比较,在此基础上测算中国及其东、中、西部地区存量用地潜力规模和增量建设用地合理性程度。研究结论认为中国经济增长占地变化的区域差异明显,土地节约集约利用存在很大空间,"十二五规划"要求每亿元GDP占用新增建设用地规模减少20%的目标是能够实现的。
With concept of land consumption of economic growth as hitting-point, and making land consumption of per one hundred million Yuan GDP as index system, this paper comprehensively analyzed the variation of land consumption of per one hundred million Yuan GDP during 1996-2008 in China and its eastern, central and western regions, and compared the indices internationally. On this basis, the paper estimated the quantity of stock construction land and the rationality degree of incremental construction land of China and its eastern, central and western regions. It is concluded that there are significant regional differences of land consumption of China economic growth; there is much potential extent to improve land intensive use; the requirement of 20% reduction of land consumption of per one hundred million Yuan GDP by the twelfth five-year plan can be achieved.
