摘要
自20世纪60年代开始,我国台湾地区推行自上而下的社区发展模式。至90年代,社区发展模式转变为自下而上的社区营造,旨在通过居民共同参与社区事务培养社区共同体意识。本文阐述了台湾社区发展历程,分析和总结了社区参与的特点与经验,并对大陆社区建设提出借鉴意义。
In the 1990s, Taiwan local government launched the community empowerment policies and aimed at advocating the community residents to participate in community affairs and improving common awareness, instead of the community development project, a top-down policy since the 1960s. This present research analyzed the experiences of evolution of community participation within this context and then provided references for contemporary community construct in Chinese Mainland.
