摘要
采用空气缓慢氧化处理乙烯装置废碱液中的硫化钠 ,使之生成可溶性的硫酸盐 ,从而可排入污水处理系统处理。在压力 4 70kPa、温度 1 1 5℃、停留时间约 1 0h的条件下 ,氧化后废碱液中硫化钠的质量分数可降至 5 0× 1 0 - 4以下 ,混合器是决定氧化效果的重要因素。
In Qilu’s Ethylene Plant,sodium sulfide in spent lye is slowly oxidized by air to produce soluble sulfate which is discharged to spent water disposal system.The mass concentration of sodium sulfide can be reduced to under 5.0×10^-4 at a reaction temperature of 115 ℃,a reaction time of 10 h,and a reaction pressure of 470 kPa.The mixing container is the most important factor in deciding the effect of oxidation.
