摘要
以γ -Al2 O3作载体 ,采用不同金属化合物配比 ,制备了负载型非晶态合金催化剂。在相应操作条件下 ,考察了负载型非晶态合金催化剂对长链烷烃脱氢产物中双烯的选择性加氢性能 ,并与工业催化剂的选择性加氢性能进行了比较 ,为非晶态合金催化剂的工业应用提供了依据。
Supported amorphous alloy catalysts of the type of Ni-Cu-B/Al_2O_3 were prepared by chemical deposition,and were analyzed with XRD and SEM.The catalytic properties of the supported amorphous alloy in selective hydrogenation of diolefins are superior to some commercial catalysts.Under mild conditions,diolefin conversion and mono-olefin selectivity reach 70%~80% and 40%~50% respectively.It is expected that the supported amorphous alloy catalysts can be applied to industrial processes.[
