摘要
分析了广西对林业物流人才需求的迫切性与结构、数量等特征,指出现有林业人才培养存在的问题,从为广西木材加工业等重点产业发展服务的角度出发,以作为广西高等学校特色专业建设的广西生态工程职业技术学院物流专业为例,探索其在林业物流技能人才培养方面的改革思路与实践措施,提出构建"三依托,三合一"等人才培养模式,为林业物流人才技能培养方式提供改革思路与实践经验。
Abstract：In this paper, we analyzed the urgent demand for forestry industry logistics talents in Guangxi, pointed out the problems existing in the current training practice for the forestry industry talents and then from the perspective of the development of the key forestry industries in Guangxi and in the case of the logistics course of Guangxi Ecological Engineering Vocational ＆ Technical College, we explored the ＂three-reliance and three-in-one＂ training mode.
