摘要
分析了重庆国际物流发展存在的问题,即物流业发展不充分、物流成本仍然偏高、保税物流还处于起步阶段,内地开放高地的海关通关模式有待创新及国际物流的人才缺失等,提出转变物流运作模式的措施,包括:扶持有一定竞争力的大型物流企业;完善保税物流平台;打造政府主导的高校与企业的物流人才平台等,以此促进重庆国际物流与外向型经济的协同发展。
In this paper, we analyzed the problems in the development of international logistics in Chongqing, including inadequate development of the logistics industry, high logistics cost, development of bonded logistics still in the initial stage, the customs clearance modes of opened-up highlands in inner lands yet to be innovated, and lack of international logistics talents, etc.,and the proposed the measures to transform the operational mode of international logistics, including supporting the development of large-scale logistics enterprises with certain competitiveness, improving the building of a bonded logistics platform and establishing the logistics talent platform of universities and enterprises under the leadership of the government.
