摘要
为提高数字伺服阀的频率响应,设计了空心杯直流伺服电-机械转换器控制器。该控制器以TMS320LF2812为控制核心,由驱动模块、位置检测模块以及电流调理电路组成,实现了以脉冲宽度调制(PWM)方法为基础,电流-位置双闭环的控制方式。实验结果表明,该控制器能够实现空心杯直流电机转子的精确定位,并提高数字伺服阀的频率响应。
Aiming at the improvement on frequency response of digital servo valve, a controller of coreless DC servo electro-mechanical converter was designed. This controller was composed of driver module, position detection module and current conditioning circuit by using TMS320LF2812 as its control core, and realized current-position dual-loop control mode basing on pulse - width modulation (PWM) method. The experimental results show that this controller can precisely confirm the position of coreless DC motor's rotor and increase frequency response of digital servo valve.
