摘要
受以经济发展为中心的发展理念影响,我国的民生类公共服务长期受到忽视,无法满足人民群众日益增长的需求。为了解决供给不足,需要对民生类公共服务进行市场化改革。在这个过程中,政府需要发挥政府管制的作用,提高民生类公共服务财政支出、增强民生类公共服务市场化公平性以及增加民生类公共服务市场化效益等。
Influenced by the idea that all centered on economic development,the current scale and quality of our people's livelihood public service still cannot meet the growing needs of the people for lack of enough attention.To launch the marketization reform would improve the overall level of the livelihood class public services.In this pro cess,the role of government regulation should be attached great importance.To solve the low financial investment,the unfairness during the modernization and the low efficiency,we need to improve the government regulation inno vation of financial expenditure,fairness and economic efficiency.
