摘要
国内现用的 5层套管柱程序层次少 ,结构单一 ,不能满足复杂地质环境的深井及超深井钻井的需要。文中对增加套管柱层次的方法进行了研究 ,从增大上部井眼及套管尺寸、采用小井眼技术、采用无接箍套管和扩眼钻头、优化套管与井眼尺寸组合等 4个方面考虑来增加套管柱层次。提出了 6种新型套管柱程序 ,对复杂深井及超深井的钻井设计有一定的指导意义。
The casing programs applied in our petroleum industry at present is single and has no enough casing intervals to insulate more troublesome formations, and it cannot meet the requirements of deep and ultra-deep well drilling in troublesome geological conditions. In this paper, the ways to increase the casing intervals in casing program design are discussed, e.g., increasing the upper hole and casing size, applying slim hole drilling technology, using non-joint casing and reaming bit, and optimizing the matching between casing and hole size, etc. Six new types of casing programs are proposed, and these new programs may be helpful to the troublesome deep and ultra-deep well design.
