摘要
阐述了彩管框架冲压油的研制过程,重点介绍了添加剂的选择及其配伍性研究。工业应用试验表明,该油的极压抗磨性、防锈性、清洗脱脂性、油水分离性等关键技术指标均达到国外同类产品(日本S-492)的质量水平,完全能满足彩管生产企业设备的使用要求。
The study and formulation of the color video tube framework press oil are explained with the emphaseslaid on the selection of additives and the compatibility study. Industrial application test shows that the key technicalspecifications of this oil including extreme pressure abrasion resistance, anti-rust performance, degreasing ability, oil/water separableness etc. have reached the quality level of similar foreign product (Japanese S-942), and can perfectlymeet the requirement of equipment in color video tube manufacturers.
