VPO催化剂用于丙烷晶格氧选择氧化制丙烯酸的研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON SELECTIVE OXIDATION OF PROPANE TO ACRYLIC ACID BY LATTICE OXYGEN ON VPO CATALYST

摘要 用脉冲反应色谱研究了丙烷与钒磷氧化物 (VPO)催化剂晶格氧反应制丙烯酸的可行性以及温度、停留时间等反应条件的影响。结果表明 ,在没有气相分子氧存在的情况下 ,丙烷能与 VPO催化剂的晶格氧反应生成丙烯酸和乙酸 ;被还原后的催化剂可以用空气 -水的混合气进行氧化再生。反应温度和停留时间对脉冲反应的影响与对固定床连续流动反应的影响基本相同。升高反应温度或增加停留时间 ,使转化率增加 ,选择性降低 ;丙烯酸和乙酸的收率都在 390℃左右出现极大值 ,摩尔分数分别为 7.6 6 %和 2 .92 % ,相应的选择性分别为 2 4.2 7%和9.2 3%。随着丙烷进样量的减少 ,转化率增加 ,选择性下降。 Study on the oxidation of propane to acrylic acid(AA)and acetic acid(HAc) by using lattice oxygen of VPO catalyst as the oxidant was carried out in a pulse reactor,in which the oxidation of propane and the re oxidation of the catalyst were implemented alternatively The results showed that propane reacts with lattice oxygen of VPO catalyst to form AA and HAc with no O 2 in the gaseous phase,and the reduced catalyst can be restored to its initial state being oxidized by air H 2O mixture The effects of reaction temperature and residence time on the oxidation of propane in pulse reactor were almost the same as those occurred in steady state flow reactors,i e the conversion increased but the selectivity decreased with the increase of temperature or residence time The maximum yields of AA and HAc obtained at the temperature around 390 ℃ were 7 66% and 2 92%,and the corresponding selecti vity of AA and HAc were 24 27% and 9 23%,respectively The conversion of propane increases and the selectivity of AA and HAc drops when the amount of propane for each pulse decreases
