摘要
目的观察罗格列酮联合辛伐他汀治疗混合性高脂血症的临床效果与安全性。方法将158例混合性高脂血症患者随机分为两组,对照组79例患者给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组79例患者则在对照组的基础上加用罗格列酮治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.67%,对照组为81.01%(P<0.05);观察组的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与3项达标均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的TC、LDL-C、TG、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与治疗前比较P<0.05,治疗后观察组TC、LDL-C、TG、HDL-C均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗格列酮联合辛伐他汀治疗混合性高脂血症疗效确切,具有良好的耐受性。
Objective To discuss the clinical safety and efficacy of the rosiglitazone combined with simvastatin in treatment for mixed hyperlipidemia. Methods 158 cases of patients with mixed hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups according to figures,79 patients in the control group were treated with simvastatin,79 patients in were treated by the rosiglitazone on the basis of the control group,and then compared their effects. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.67%,and the control group was 81.01% （ P 0.05）,the TC,TG,LDL-C and 3 standards of the observation group were all better than the control group （ P 0.05）,the TC,LDL-C,TG,and HDL-C of two groups were compared with before treatment P 0.05,after treatment,TC,LDL-C,TG,and HDL-C of the observation group were better than the control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Rosiglitazone combined with simvastatin treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia efficacy with good tolerability.
