摘要
介绍了调整5083合金投料结构，增加一级废料用量对5083合金的影响。通过铸锭质量全分析验证，确定了增加一级废料用量对5083合金质量无影响，根据各项分析结果得出了初步结论。
This paper introduces the effect of the more first step waste alloy during feeding process on the quality of 5083 alloy. After comprehensive analysis of the results on the ingot quality, it is preliminary showed that increasing of the first step waste alloy has no obvious effect on the quality of 5083 alloy.
