摘要
企业取得多个管理体系认证证书多年，年度的内审、管理评审和外部审核也一直开展，但体系要求和日常管理有效融合的程度仍存在改进空间。本文结合设计研发企业的业务特点，阐述了提高质量体系、环境体系和职业健康安全体系运行有效性的要点。
The enterprise has obtained multiple management system certifications for many years, and always carried out the annual internal audit, management review and external audit, but the effective integration of system requirements and the daily management still has room for improvement. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of design and research enterprise, explain the main points of quality system, environment system and occupation health and safety system to improve the operation effectiveness.
