摘要
针对首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司生产Q550D厚规格冲击性能不稳定的技术难点,分析了金相组织。研究结果表明,提高中间坯厚度至60mm,降低精扎入口温度至910-950℃,降低终轧温度至780-820℃,提高卷取温度至580-620℃,可有效改善Q550D厚规格的冲击性能。
The impact property of thick gauge Q550D from JINGTANG Iron and Steel Company is unstable. Based on this problem, the Metallurgical microscope is used to analysis the micro structure of the steel The results showed that the impact property could be improved effectively by decreasing the finishing mill entrance temperature to 910-950 ℃,decreasing the finished temperature to 780-820 ℃ and increasing the coiling temperature to 580-620 ℃.
