摘要
随着互联网技术的快速更新,论坛、微博、贴吧等载体迅猛发展,网络正逐步成为我国公众监督政府及公职人员行为的重要手段,成为反腐败的重要载体。然而,当前网络反腐存在法律制度不完善、信息真假难辨、网民缺乏自律意识等不足。分析网络反腐现状,将网络反腐纳入制度和法律的轨道,构建科学严谨的反腐体系,是当前亟待解决的问题。
@@@@With the rapid development of internet technology , forums、 microblog、post bar and other network carrier develop rapidly.The network is gradually became an important means for public to supervise the government and public officials, and an important carrier in anti -corruption However, the current network anti -corruption legal system is defective; information is hard to distinguish whether it is true or not , and netizen is lack of sense of disci-pline.Through the analysis of current status of network anti -corruption, this thesis is to solve the problems of how to build a scientifically rigorous anti -corruption system to conclude the network anti -corruption into a institutional and legal system.
