摘要
本文从知识经济的影响入手，指出学习型企业是知识经济对现代企业的要求，进而阐述了建立学习型企业的基础及其设想。
This paper analyses knowledge econorny's impact, raises that learning enterprise is the requirement of knowledge economy, and discusses the basis and the main points of building a learning enterprise.
