摘要
本文从信息重组的角度，阐述了网络环境下信息资源的深层开发，应该把重点放在开发专业性资源、预测性资源、创新性资源和用户获取信息的能力性资源上。
From the angle of information reconstitution, the paper discusses the devlopment of information resources at deep level in network environment, whose center should focus on the professional resources,predicating resources, innovative resources and the capability resources of users' capability of obtaining information.
