摘要
在兰州红楼时代广场基坑工程支护桩中,为更好地提高监理服务工作中的进度控制水平,项目监理部成立了QC小组,进行技术攻关。通过对单桩成桩时间进行调查、分析和研究,找出存在的问题、确定了主要原因,并据此制定了相应的对策。通过对策的有效实施,保证了支护桩施工进度,达到了预期的目的,为今后工作开展打下了良好的基础。
For improving schedule control level in the supervision service, the QC group was set up in the supervision department to tackle key technology problem. Based on the investigation, analysis and research for the piling time of single pile, find out the problems and the reasons, establish the related measures. The supporting pile construction schedule was guaranteed by effect implement the measures, arrived the expected aim, found the good basis for the future work.
