高校体育教育专业学生“支教实习”存在的问题与对策研究 被引量:15

摘要 为切实做好高校体育"支教实习"工作,提高支教学生的从师技能,使支教生更好地服务地方农村学校体育。采用实地调研、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对广东、广西、山西等地承担体育支教实习工作任务的12所高校和地方教育局,以及支教的农村学校进行调查,结果显示:体育支教实习对拓展高校体育教育实习的功能与空间,提高体育生实践能力和综合素质,实现农村体育教师的"置换培训",促进农村学校体育的发展,起到积极作用;体育支教实习中存在体育生实践能力不足、培训指导力度不够、缺乏有效制度保障、支教形式化等诸多问题;为确保支教实习顺利地开展,高校必须要在人才培养、制度建设、支前培训、过程指导以及沟通合作等方面加大建设力度。 This paper aimed at completing teaching assistant of physical education in universities and providing teaching ability of teaching assistant students. Through method of questionnaire survey and interview method, the paper investigated 12 universities, bureau of education and countryside schools in Guangdong, Guangxi and Shanxi province where teaching assistants teaches and has intership on-field. The data showed that the teaching assistant internship of physical education majors could broaden the function and the potential of physical education teaching practice, improve practice abilities and comprehensive qualities of physical education students, achieve "rotation training" and facilitate the development of school sports. And there were many problems, such as inexperience of real classroom of students, weak training and guiding, inadequate system guarantee and formalization in teaching assistant. In order to ensure that teaching assistant intership could develop smoothly, the higher education institu- tes should strengthen development on human resources, pre-internship training, guidance during the internship and communication and cooperation.
