摘要
师范性,是指教师的教育专业性。为了研究当前新体育教师师范性缺失问题,运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对大学公共体育课教师师范性缺失进行了分析。大学公共体育课教师师范性缺失主要存在教学的组织能力、驾驭课堂的能力不够等问题。这些问题和高校体育专业的高学历层次人才培养教育学相关知识缺失、新教师入职教育和职后教育流于形式、部分教师不重视教育理论的科学性等有关。要解决这些问题,尽快提高新体育教师的教学水平,应该完善新教师入职教育制度,提高新体育教师的教育教学水平;采取构建合理的大学体育教师职前职后教育模式;加强高技术水平学生的教育专业素养培养等措施。
The pedagogical nature is teachers' education profession. In order to study the nature problem of missing pedagogical in new physical education teachers, the authors analyze the nature problems of missing peda- gogical in university public physical education teachers by the literature material method. The pedagogical nature of university public physical education teacher is mainly manifested that the teaching organization ability is lacked, the ability of control the classroom isn' t enough. These problems related with the lack of relevant knowledge of highly educated level talent training education, too much formality of the appointment education and post-career education of new teachers and ignorance of scientific teaching theory of some teachers. In order to solve these problems, we should improve new sports teachers' teaching level as soon as possible, perfect the new teacher in- duction education system, improve the new sports teachers' education teaching level, take the rational building of college sports teachers after pre-service education mode, and strengthen the high technology level students' educa- tion professional literacy training etc.
