摘要
该文针对现有乳化液泵试验测试技术因采用溢流加载而耗能很高的问题,提出了一种基于容积调压加载原理的功率回收试验技术,从理论上揭示了容积调压加载机理,并对相关参数、节能效果等进行分析和计算,给出了关键元件的选配约束条件,研制了节能型乳化液泵试验系统。
Aiming at the high energy consumption problems of current emulsion pump test technology because of adopting relief valve loading, a test technology of power recovery is proposed based on the variable-displacement pressure-regulating loading principle in this paper. The mechanism of variable-displacement pressure-regulating loading is revealed and relevant parameters & energy-saving effect are calculated theoretically. Matching constraints of key components are given, and an energy-saving test system for emulsion pump is developed.
