摘要
为解决 CAPP系统不能适应应用对象特殊性及其变化的问题 ,提出 CAPP框架系统 (CAPPFS)的概念及其 5层体系结构。为实现 CAPPFS,提出一种与应用无关的方法——信息元法。它将关于任何事物属性的信息统一抽象为由属性名、描述值及两者之间的关系构成的实体——信息元 ,以信息元为最基本实体进行信息建模和系统开发。讨论了基于信息元法的信息抽象、决策实现和功能抽象。
Most computer aided process planning (CAPP) systems can not adapt to different applications and their changes. A more flexible CAPP framework system (CAPPFS) is proposed with a five layer architecture. An application independent information element method (IEM) is proposed to implement a CAPPFS. In IEM, a piece of information about any object attribute is generally abstracted as an information element (IE) entity which includes attribute name, describing value and the relation between them. Since the IE is the essential entity in information modeling and system development, IEM avoids specifying the attributes of an object in advance. Information abstraction, decision making and function abstraction based on IEM are discussed with sevral applications of a CAPPFS implemented by IEM.
