摘要
研究了 310SS(stainlesssteel)在 5 5 0 6 5 0℃、常压下、0 .5 %SO2 S2 2 .0 %N2 及 6 0 0℃、常压下、2 .3%SO2 S2 8.8%N2 条件下高温氧化 硫化行为 .SEM /EDX、XRD等技术对腐蚀产物形貌及腐蚀层结构观察、分析表明 ,310SS的腐蚀速率随温度升高而升高 ;当温度相同时 ,气氛中V(S2 ) /V(SO2 )升高时 ,腐蚀速率也升高 ,但变化不大 .主要腐蚀产物可分为 3层 :外层是由Fe1-xS(固溶部分Ni)和少量Fe2 O3 组成 ,疏松多孔、脆、易剥落、呈黑色 ;中间层由FeCr2 S4 和少量Cr2 O3 组成 ;内层很薄 ,不连续 ,由Cr3 S4 和少量Cr2 S3 组成 .腐蚀动力学曲线呈抛物线 .由氧化物 硫化物混合产物组成的中间层较致密 。
The oxidation sulfidation behavior of 310SS has been studied in the gases of 0.5%SO 2 S 2 2.0%N 2 and 2.3%SO 2 S 2 8.8%N 2 respecting under 1.03×10 5 Pa with temperatures ranging from 550℃ to 650℃.The morphology of corrosion products and scale structure are observed and examined with SEM/EDX, XRD. Corrosion rates of 310SS are significantly enhanced with increasing temperature and V (S 2)/ V (SO 2). While V (S 2)/ V (SO 2) of gases has a slight effect on the corrosion rate. The products of corrosion consist of three layers: the porous, crisp and dark outer layer of Fe 1-x S (doped with Ni) and Fe 2O 3(small), the compact middle layer of FeCr 2S 4 and Cr 2O 3(small), the inner layer of Cr 3S 4 containing some Cr 2S 3. The middle layer is the main factor affecting the diffusion of elements. The kinetic curves of corrosion obey the parabolic rate law.
