摘要
在冷喷涂材料表面改性技术研究中 ,圆喷嘴气、固两相可压缩紊流射流的流场计算非常重要 .在奥尔逊 (Olson)可压缩二元射流理论基础上 ,对可压缩三元射流进行了分析、建模、计算 .并在此基础上 ,采用固相单颗粒动力学模型 ,完成了实验要求的气、固两相射流流场计算 .计算结果与实验结果比较 ,吻合良好 .
In the cold gas dynamic supersonic powder spraying technology for material modification, the two phase turbulent numerical computation of the jet field is very important. Based on the two dimensional jet theory of Olson′s, the three dimensional two phase jet model with the single particle kinetics is established. The computation of the gas particle jet field in the experimental condition is finished. The computational results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
