摘要
通过电化学测试技术和化学浸泡方法 ,在高温 5 5 %LiBr溶液中研究了Na2 MoO4 对碳钢的腐蚀行为 .结果表明 ,Na2 MoO4 作为阳极型缓蚀剂抑制了碳钢的阳极活性溶解 ,表面膜主要由Fe3 O4 构成 ,Mo元素参与了成膜过程 .在 5 5 %LiBr+0 .0 7mol/LLiOH溶液中添加 15 0mg/LNa2 MoO4 时 ,可有效地改善碳钢的耐蚀性能 .
Adopted by the electrochemical measurements and the chemical immersion experiments, the Na 2MoO 4 effect on the mild steel′s corrosive behaviors were investigated in high temperature, 55% LiBr+ 0.07 mol/L LiOH solutions. The results show that Na 2MoO 4, as an anodic inhibitor, can form the passivized film rapidly and impede the anodic dissolution procedures. The surface film mainly consists of Fe 3O 4 and Mo participates in forming the film process. Moreover, Na 2MoO 4 can prevent the mild steel′s corrosion effectively in 55% LiBr+0.07 mol/L LiOH solution when its concentration is more than 150 mg/L.
