摘要
备件管理是维修工作的重要组成部分,科学合理的储备备件,及时的为设备维修提供优质备件,是设备维修必不可少的物质基础。而石油管道公司在备件的库存管理模式上存在很多问题,例如:备件的库存管理分散,管理模式单一,管理思想陈旧等。因此,联合库存管理,供应商库存管理以及联合虚拟储备等管理模式的提出,将会有效的解决石油管道公司备件的库存问题,降低其库存管理费用,提高库存管理效率。
Spare parts management is an important part of repair work, scientific and reasonable spare parts for equipment repair,timely provide high quality spare parts, is the material foundation of equipment repair essential. But there are many problems, in the spare parts inventory management model of oil pipeline company for example: decentralized inventory management of spare parts, single mode of management, management idea obsolete etc.. Therefore, the joint inventory management, inventory management and the Supplier Collaborative Virtual reserve management mode, will effectively solve the inventory problem of oil pipeline company spare parts, reduce inventory management costs, improve the efficiency of inventory management.
