摘要
Opticut软件是一套铣削加工过程力学仿真优化系统,可对特定的工艺系统进行仿真优化。本文通过优化目标的选取及各种因素属性的设定,阐述利用Opticut软件优化切削参数的过程,并对优化后的切削参数进行了试验验证及生产应用。
Opticut software is a mechanics simulation and optimization system of milling process, which can do simulation and optimization for specific process systems. By selecting optimization targets and setting the properties of varieties of factors, the process of optimizing the cutting parameters with Optieut software was expounded, and test of validation and production application was taken to cutting parameters optimized.
