摘要
西部民族地区文化旅游起步较晚,通过建构高效顺畅的组织领导体系、加快硬件基础设施建设、大力发展民族特色文化旅游项目和科学设计精品旅游线路等,文化旅游产业初步实现了从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强。推进实施过程中,西部民族地区文化旅游存在着资金严重不足、硬件设施建设滞后及人才严重匮乏等问题;如果我们能认真按照《国家"十二五"规划纲要》提出的文化旅游产业发展要求去做,采取多元筹集发展资金、加大软硬件基础设施建设和加快文化旅游人才培养等措施,这样西部民族地区的文化旅游业实现新的跨越和发展指日可待。
The cultural tourism development in western minority concentrated region starts later. By constructing a high - efficiency, unblocked organization and leading system, speeding up construction of hardware infrastructures, sparing no effort to develop national characteristic cultural tourist project, and scientifically designing fine tourist route, etc., the cultural tourism has been developed step by step from weak to strong. During the implementation of cultural tourist strategy, there had been a number of problems such as lack of funds, lagging behind in hardware infrastructure construction, scarce of talents, etc. In view of the cultural tourist industry development objective during the 12th Five Years period, a series of measures should be taken to finance funds for development, strengthen software and hardware infrastructure construction, and foster personnel in cultural tourism, thus unremittingly promoting the cultural tourism development in western minority concentrated region.
