摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用法对异叶青兰低极性化学成分进行了分析研究 ,共鉴出12种化学成分 .用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对百分含量 ,其主要化学成分为香茅醇 ,其次为芳樟醇、香茅醛、桉油精、石竹烯等 .
The weak polar constitue nt from Dracocephalum Heterophyllum Benth was analyzed by capillany GC—MS metho d. By capillary chromatography 12 compounds were identified. The relative percen tages of the constitutes were determind by GC method. The main chemical of the w eak polar constituent were citronellal,linalool,citronellal eucalyptol and car yphyllent etc.
