抗坏血酸在钼蓝法测定微量SiO_2中的应用 被引量:1

Determination of trace silicon dioxide in ultrafine silicon carbide powder by silicomolybate blue spectrophotometry

摘要 研究了以抗坏血酸为还原剂 ,用光度法测定碳化硅超细粉中微量SiO2 (硅钼蓝 )的方法 .结果表明 ,最大吸收波长为 80 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .5 0× 10 4 L/ (mol·cm) ,线性范围为 0 .0 5~ 0 .0 7mg/L ,平均回收率为 99.32 % ,RSD为 1.6 7% ,该法适用于碳化硅超细粉中微量SiO2 的测定 . Ascorbic acid was used as the reductant for the silicomolybate blue spectrophotometric determination of trace silicon dioxide in ultrafine silicon carbide powder. The maximum absorption wavelength is 800 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.50×10 4?L/(mol·cm).The linear range is at above 0.05~0.07 mg/L.Average recovery is 99.32% and the RSD is 1.67%. This method is can be used for the determination of trace silicon dioxide in ultrafine silicon carbide.
