泡沫钻井的气测录井问题

摘要 泡沫钻井最突出的优点是减少污染、保护油气层,因此常常用于重点勘探井的目的层段。本文从分析泡沫钻井的特点入手,根据气测录井的基本要求,指出泡沫钻井中气测录井的技术关健是脱气问题。围绕脱气问题提出了一个从脱气器的构造设想到现场安装的实施方案,并在实践中加以解决和完善,取得了满意的资料。通过录井资料的比较,得出这样的观点:对于气测录井效果来说,泡沫钻井液比常规钻井液好。实践和资料说明,罐装泡沫样聚气录井方法是泡沫钻井中气测录井的另一种行之有效的方法。 The advantages of foam drilling are decrement of pollution and protection of gas-oil bearing formations, so it is always used at the objective zones in key exploration wells. Starting from analysis of the character of foam drilling,according to the basic requirements of gas survey at wells,this paper points out that the key technique of gas survey at foam drilling wells is degassing. Then, structure design and installation procedure of a degasser is presented. The design has been put into practice and improved. Satisfactory results has been obtained. Comparison of the results with cuttings and other observations and measurements shows that gas survey can get better results at foam drilling wells than at Conventional mud Wells. Practice and results show that the gas survey method with a gas-collecting tank for foam drill fluid samples is another effective method.
